Shipping Rates and Information All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times are: • 5-7 days Canada
• 4-10 days United States
• 6-10 days International Shipping will be calculated based on where we are shipping to. The shipping costs will be calculated prior to your payment so that you'll know them in advance. Please contact us for further details.
Taxes For all items shipped to Canada (including eBooks), we add the GST or HST. For anything other than eBooks we also add PST where applicable. There are no taxes added for items shipped to the United States or Internationally.
Return Policy In an effort to make sure all of our customers are completely happy with their purchase from Say Yes Dog Training Inc,, we will extend a no questions asked returns policy on any book purchased through our website providing it is done within 30 days of purchase and provided the book is in new condition. However, no return of shipping charges will be made. Unfortunately we can not offer any return for refund or credit on any DVDs or 3rd party products that you purchase from our website.
