eBook Customer Service

If you are having problems downloading your eBook, please make sure that you have your confirmation code available. This is the 10-character code that you received both at the end of your purchase and with the confirmation e-mail. Then, read carefully through the following issues to see which might apply to you:

1) I did not receive a confirming e-mail

If you did not successfully complete the PayPal checkout process (and get an e-mail from PayPal), then you have not actually made the purchase. You must pay with either a credit card or your PayPal account.

If you received the confirming e-mail from PayPal but not from Say Yes, check your "Junk Mail" folder, and add customerhappiness@clickerdogs.com to your address book to make sure you get all our e-mails.

2) I clicked on the DOWNLOAD link, but did not receive the eBook

The eBook likely DID download, but it does so in the background. It will automatically go to your download folder. PLEASE BE PATIENT WITH THE DOWNLOAD. THis is a very large file and it will take at least a few minutes even with a high-speed connection.

3) I think I downloaded the eBook, but an unable to open the file

You will need Adobe Reader to actually open the file. Click here to download the Adobe Reader (it's free).
